Shipping & Delivery Policy

  • Delivery is available within the United Arab Emirates only. Additional countries may be added in the future.
  • Delivery time starts once the order is handed over to the shipping company.
  • Shipping fees vary depending on the emirate and delivery location.
  • Delivery does not include carrying items to upper floors. The customer must provide assistance if required.
  • Orders will not be delivered until the remaining payment is completed.

Receiving & Product Inspection

  • The customer must inspect the product immediately upon delivery.
  • If there is any damage or breakage caused by shipping, it must be reported on the same day, along with clear photos.

Return & Exchange Policy

  • Since Laroza products are custom-made, returns or exchanges are not accepted unless there is a clear manufacturing defect.
  • In case of a manufacturing defect: The product will be collected, repaired, or remanufactured, then shipped again.
  • The customer must take photos of the product and send them to customer service before using the item.
  • Issue reporting period: within 48 hours of receiving the product.

Refund Policy

  • If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, the product will be repaired or replaced.
  • Cash refunds are not provided, except in exceptional cases approved by management.
  • Non-returnable / Non-exchangeable products include:
  • • Custom-made items (names, dates, or special designs)
  • • Used products or items damaged due to misuse
  • • Products stored improperly or at unsuitable temperatures

Remanufacturing or Modifications

  • If remanufacturing or modification is requested by the customer, a new delivery date will be scheduled according to the production plan to ensure quality.

Cancellation & Modification Policy

  • Orders can only be canceled before production begins.
  • Once production has started, cancellation or modification is not allowed.

Product Images & Specifications

  • Colors may slightly vary depending on the device screen.

Large Orders & Peak Seasons

  • During peak seasons such as Ramadan and holidays, production and delivery times may increase due to high order volume.

Privacy Policy

  • We are committed to protecting customer data and using it only for:
  • • Order processing
  • • Customer service communication
  • • Shipping and delivery
  • Customer data is not shared with third parties, except when necessary for shipping or as required by law.

Terms of Service

  • Completing an order means the customer agrees to all the policies stated above.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

  • How long does order processing take? From 5 to 7 working days, and up to 10 days for large orders.
  • Can I request a custom design? Yes, we offer custom design and production upon request.
  • Do you ship outside the UAE? Currently, no. However, delivery to a nearby location inside the UAE may be arranged for some customers outside the country.
  • Can I modify my order after confirmation? No. Once production has started, modifications are not allowed.
  • Do you offer wholesale services? Yes, we have a dedicated wholesale production line with special pricing.
  • Do you offer maintenance or repainting services? Yes, available. Costs are determined before work begins.
